Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it and who touches it. Written to be read, not scrolled past.
Effective July 10, 2026.
What we collect
When you run the free visibility check, we collect the three things you type in: your business name, your city and your email address. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
We do not collect payment details through this website. If you hire us, invoicing happens off-site through a payment provider.
How we use it
Your business name and city are used to run the visibility check: we look up how your business appears across Google, Google Maps and AI assistants. Your email address is used to deliver the resulting report and, if you have asked us a question, to answer it. We also keep a copy of the full results and your contact details internally so we can follow up if you ask us to.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Who processes it for us
Running a visibility check involves a handful of service providers, each receiving only what it needs to do its job:
- Search and maps data providers, which receive your business name and city to look up public listings and results.
- AI model providers, which receive your business name and city inside the questions we test.
- An email delivery service, which receives your email address to send your report.
- Our hosting provider, which serves this website and processes requests to it.
If we enable analytics, it measures page visits in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep check submissions and generated reports long enough to deliver them and to follow up if you ask us to, then prune them in the normal course of business. Email correspondence is kept as long as it is useful to the conversation.
