Who we are
Octopolis is a search and AI visibility agency in Kansas City, MO. These terms cover this website, the free visibility check, the $500 visibility audit and hourly implementation work.
The free check
The free visibility check is exactly that: free, no signup, no obligation. You give us a business name, a city and an email; we send back a summary of what we found. It is a snapshot, not a full audit, and it can miss things.
The audit
The visibility audit costs $500, fixed, payable once. We deliver a written report and a walkthrough call within five business days of payment and receiving what we need from you. The report is yours to keep and to hand to anyone, including another agency.
Hourly work
Implementation is billed at $100 per hour, only for hours you approve. No retainers, no minimum commitments, no auto-renewal. Either of us can stop the engagement at any time; you pay only for hours already worked.
What we don't promise
Nobody controls Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or any other answer surface, including us. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic or revenue. What we commit to: every claim in an audit is testable, every fix is documented and our recommendations reflect our honest professional judgment.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services or this website is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions third-party platforms make about your business.
Your content and privacy
You confirm you have the right to share the business information you give us. How we handle personal information is covered by the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes go to the courts of Jackson County, Missouri, unless we both agree to something simpler first.
Changes and contact
